We have developed the Group’s Anti-Corruption Policy that establishes behaviours that are not acceptable in our company.

At De Prado we ensure strict compliance with our good governance model, and we achieve this through monitored procedures and internal policies that are updated, supervised, and whose compliance is encouraged by the CCO.
Likewise, we have created an ESG Commission with the purpose of promoting and monitoring the sustainable performance of the organization, our social commitment and promoting the definition of future environmental commitment objectives.

At De Prado we are not only committed to ensuring that our employees and managers comply with internal and external regulations that govern their professional activity, but we also promote their compliance throughout our entire supply chain.
All our suppliers must comply with the Code of Ethics and the Group’s Anti-Corruption Policy.
Based on this, we have developed our Purchasing Policy.
Likewise, we have established a procedure through which we check that there are no conflicts of interest, and that data protection legislation is complied with.
Additionally, and in order to observe compliance by our suppliers with our internal standards, we have established General Purchase Conditions that will govern the contractual relationship with our suppliers. Download Document
